To transfer files in a more efficient manner than using the cPanel File Manager, you can use FTP. If you do not have an FTP client, we suggest using the FileZilla FTP client which can be downloaded HERE.
To connect to your hosting account using FTP, use the following information:
- Host: ftp.YOURDOMAIN.com
- Username: Your hosting account username
- Password: Your hosting account password
